Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- None

ARs:

- Mike draft IBISCHK DLL checking specification
  - Done.

- Mike add comments to CMPNT, DLY, MSPEC sections.
  - No new progress.

- Lance add comments to EBD section.
  - No new progress.

- Bob add comments to CIRCUIT section.
  - No new progress.


Parser Contract review:

- Bob: We are waiting Atul.
  - He may be waiting for his lawyer or boss.
- Mike: We approved the higher fee already, so that is not an issue.


DLL checks:

- Bob: IBISCHK6 in the second paragraph should be IBISCHK5 or later.
- Mike: It's just the name of the running executable.
  - We will not add this to IBISCHK5.
- Bob: We might make it a NOTE instead of a CAUTION
- Mike: Some FPGA IBIS files can have 80 Executable lines.
  - There may be that many NOTEs.
- We made it a NOTE and required each unique DLL to be checked only once.
